Java runtime environment is chenged to Oracle JDK-17.
- PIC-MCCM2D, DSMCM2D
- In cut cell model, wall reaction and secondary
electron emmission are availabel.
- In cut cell model, sputtering simulations are available.
- NMEM
- A large number 9999999 is employed automatically for the control parameter
''Output interval'' when NMEM is used in a PHM or PIC-MCCM simulation.
- Output file for temperature of every neutral species m, temp_m.out, is not outputted now.
- RGS3D
- Calculations with multiple particle types have been modified to calculate the density, temperature, and pressure of the gas mixture.
- Fixed a bug in multi-component calculation with the new collision method and improved the limited maximum number of collisions.

- Fixed a bug in the magnetic field diagram in cylindrical coordinate system.
- HTRM3D
- The RHT3D tracking routine has been parallelized and modified to reduce the THCA3D bandwidth.
